Description
A simple teaching game to control production according to Lean Manufacturing principles. It involves the stimulation of the bells production process and its improvement through the use of basic Lean tools (eg Kanban).
The set includes:
- parts needed for mounting 80 bells (20 of each color: red, blue, green, yellow): housing, screws, pendulums, etc,
- spare parts (components for mounting 4 bells, each in a different color),
- plastic packaging,
- labels for each color of ringtones,
- a set of screwdrivers needed for mounting ringtones,
- a solid, foldable box for all elements.
